MEDITATION at LEMURANTIS

Meditation is both an ancient and a modern tool for spiritual development. There are many forms, many techniques and many goals.

We believe that the form is of less importance than the intention. It is important to define the purpose of your meditation. Then you can choose the type of meditation that will best serve you.

Benefits
Science has discovered some important benefits of meditation. During meditation the brain waves slow down from the beta range to the alpha and/or theta waves. This has innumerable benefits. It relaxes your whole body and opens up the connection with the unconscious. Based on your intention you can heal and balance your system, receive profound information, connect with Spirit, gain understanding into yourself, experience peace etc.

In addition it reconnects us with the Schumann resonance frequencies. These frequencies have been referred to as the heart beat of the Earth. They help us to reconnect with the Earth and with the powerful healing energies the Earth has available for us. A meditation in nature or in a more natural setting can be profound.

Meditation At Lemurantis
In the Center we have regular meditation gatherings. We offer a variety of types of meditation to assist you. The duration of these gatherings can be an hour, a day, an evening or a weekend. Once a week we have a crystal skull meditation. For details see our calendar.
