METAPHYSICAL ECOLOGY

Ecology is the study of the relationship between an organism and its environment. In the case of metaphysical ecology we look “beyond” the physical and study the interactions between ourselves and our environment from the perspective of subtle energy. Subtle energy is energy we can not directly measure (although this is beginning to change), but is know through esoteric tradition or through our own experience.

At Lemurantis the study of metaphysical ecology has focused on three aspects:

• The human energy system
• The Earth energy system
• The interaction between the two systems

The human energy system
The subtle energies of the human energy system can be separated in three main types: the meridians, the chakras and the subtle energy bodies. The meridians are energetic pathways within the body that affect all body systems. The understanding of meridians has also led to different healing modalities. Of these, Lemurantis offers Jin Shin Jyutsu.

The chakras are very important in our daily life because they are our energetic interaction systems between our physical body and our energy bodies and also between our physical body the world around us. They are the easiest to “read” giving information about our current health as well as about our past and how we have grown up. Consequently they are used during energy healing sessions.

Any imbalance in our subtle energy bodies always lead to an imbalance in our physical system. Unless corrected, this easily leads to discomfort and even disease. Balancing the energy bodies is important and can be done directly and through the chakras.

Of the 5 subtle energy bodies that we have two are connected to the physical world. This means that when we die these two bodies and the physical body stop functioning. We call these three bodies the Earthly bodies. The other three bodies are the spiritual bodies. These three bodies form an entity that is by many called the soul. The soul does not  dissolve after death. The only way for these 6 bodies work together harmoniously is through love. All this can be summarized in the Star of David, the 6-pointed star. In this sacred geometric form one triangle represents the Earth and the feminine (the one pointing down) and the other triangle represents the Universe, the spiritual, the masculine (triangle pointed upwards). There is also a relationship with the 7 chakras as is indicated in the image of the 6-pointed star.

The Earth energy system
We have been studying the Earth energy system for 20 years. It is a complex system of lines and vortexes making either irregular or regular grids. The vortexes are the exchange system between the Earth and the different information systems (matrices, energy fields). All these systems are meant to support life on Earth, which of course includes the human species. Of all the species that exist we are the only ones with the ability to create harmony or disharmony in the different energy systems. Unfortunately we often create disharmony in the grid systems which causes disharmony on all levels including our personal lives and in our society. We have, however the power to bring the systems back in balance and to use these systems to enhance the lives of all living beings.

The interaction
