THE  SECOND ACTIVATION OF THE SEDONA LANDSCAPE TEMPLE

A deeper understanding and the focus of the activation

Jaap van Etten, Ph.D.
Unpublished

Click to EnlargeLast year in April Adam Yellowbird and his wife Carmen, founders of The Institute for Cosmic Awareness and Earthworks for Humanity (1), organized a ceremony to activate the Sedona Landscape Temple. The intent of this activation was described in an article in the Four Corners Magazine of April/May 2005. The term “Sedona Landscape Temple” was used for the first time by Nicholas Mann in his book “Sedona Sacred Earth” (2). As a geomancer he saw in the landscape several forms and structures that were interrelated. Two of these structures were a 6-pointed star (hexagram) and a 5-pointed star (pentagram). These two sacred symbols were connected with each other through one of their points. This point of connection was at the Airport vortex (see image 1).

Adam Yellowbird has had visions of hexagrams and pentagrams. He uses these two sacred symbols as a logo for the Institute for Cosmic Awareness (1). In his visions he was guided to organize a ceremony to activate the two sacred symbols as seen by Nicholas Mann in the Sedona landscape. This vision has lead to the activation of the Sedona Landscape Temple in April of last year. In his dreams and visions he is guided to organize a second activation this year. This article describes the importance of this second activation. First the effects of the activation of last year will be described. Next we will look at how the two sacred symbols of the Sedona Landscape Temple relate to other energetic structures in the area. This will help to understand the importance of this second activation.

Click to Enlarge The starting point.
There are many descriptions of energetic structures in the landscapes of the Earth. Some of these structures are sacred symbols like pentagrams and some are projections of star systems. Often these structures are indicated by constructions like kivas, megaliths or cathedrals. In most cases these glyphs or symbols in the landscape are formed by energy lines, whether there are constructions or not. Searching for the lines that form the pentagram and hexagram in Sedona showed only lines that delineate the hexagram. These lines were very close to the hexagram in the Sedona landscape as indicated by Mann (see image 2). No lines forming a pentagram were found.

Each point of the hexagram was anchored on a vortex. The lines that formed the hexagram are called communication lines. These types of lines float above the surface of the Earth and are anchored to the Earth at certain points. They have certain type of sub-lines called triads. The number of triads in the lines varies from 3 to 12. An increasing number of triads indicate an increase in the frequency of the energy in the lines. These type of lines seems to be induced by human activities. However, I have not yet seen an activation that has lead to the formation of lines with a higher number of triads than 5. In the field I have found lines up to 9 triads connected with the kivas of the pueblos of the South-West. The lines connected to the hexagram are lines with 12 triads. I have no idea who could have induced lines with such high frequency.

One of the points of the hexagram, the point near Steamboat Rock, has two extra lines. One line comes from East-South-East direction and the second line goes in the North-North-East direction.

The results of the first activation (April 2005).
The intent of the first activation was two fold. In the first place it was to activate the energies of the Sedona area, specifically the area of the hexagram and pentagram as indicated in Mann’s book. The second intent was to activate the area of the pentagram in such a way that the pentagram will appear in energy lines. During the activation the energy was built up at the Airport Mesa while two groups went to the center of both the hexagram (near Devil’s Bridge) and the pentagram (near Chicken Point).

I measured the width and the height of two lines of the hexagram (one of each triangle) before and after the ceremony.  There was a remarkable increase in the size of the lines after the ceremony. The width of the two lines increased 40 and 60% respectively and the total height increased 70 and 50%. This had an effect on all connected vortexes and vortex lines.

Click to EnlargeEven more remarkable was the appearance of lines forming a pentagram after the ceremony. This pentagram is almost identical to the one indicated in the book of Nicholas Mann (see image 3). Each of the 5 points was anchored on a vortex, similar to what was found with the hexagram. The lines that form the pentagram are communication lines with 5 triads. This is far less than the 12 triads in the lines of the hexagram. For some people this was a bit of a disappointment. I, however, find the results amazing. The intent of a group, led by the vision and passion of one person, Adam Yellowbird, was able to create in one ceremony an energetic structure in the landscape similar to one predicted and described by a geomancer. I see this as a very special achievement. Based on other studies I believe that the 5 triads in the communication lines is the maximum that can be achieved in a single ceremony. However, I have seen that the number of triads can increase when more ceremonies and activities are focused on the same place or area.

Although the points of the pentagram were close to those mentioned by Nicholas Mann, the point at the Airport vortex did not touch the point of the hexagram. They are about 100 yards apart, indicating that the two structures are in this phase independent structures.

To understand the place of the two sacred symbols in the landscape I decided to study the connecting lines in more detail.

The Pentagram and its place in the Sedona area
The points of the pentagram were not easy to reach. The point on Lee Mountain could not be accessed at all, although we could get close enough to connect with the energy. I looked specifically for lines other than those forming the pentagram, because these lines help to understand the relationship it has with other energy structures and systems. At the west side of Courthouse Butte I found a point of the pentagram that had three extra lines.

Click to EnlargeOne of these lines connects the pentagram with the ruins on top of Sacred Mountain. The Sacred Mountain is located at the east side of I17 and Beaver Creek. This line connects the pentagram with the grid system that is formed by lines that connect the many different Sinagua ruins. These lines are communication lines that have 3 to 9 triads.    The second line connects the pentagram with Angel Valley, a Spiritual Center at the Oak Creek (3). Adam Yellowbird organized an Earth Dance at Angel Valley in 2003. Here the pentagram connects with another system of communication lines that has 12 triads.

The third line connects the pentagram with yet another system of communication lines that has 11 triads. This system is complex and stretches from the Mogollon Rim in the east to the Black Hills/Mingus Mountain in the west and from the House Mountain in the south to the Secret Wilderness in the north.

The fact that the pentagram has so many connections with systems having higher frequencies opens the possibility to activate the pentagram to a higher frequency (see image 3).

The hexagram and its place in the South-West.
Click to EnlargeAt the points of the hexagram near Steamboat Rock I found two additional communication lines with 12 triads. Following these lines led to some unexpected discoveries (see image 4).

The line that goes in east-south-eastern direction led to a point near Mack’s crossing (on Clear Creak) about 42.5 miles away. Here a situation similar to that near Steamboat Rock was found. There were 4 communication lines with 12 triads. Two of the lines formed an angle of about 90˚. One of these lines was the line that came from Steamboat Rock and the other went in a north-north-east direction. The other two lines formed an angle of about 60˚. When these two lines were followed another hexagram was discovered. In that stage of the research I was very curios where the two lines in the north-north-east direction were leading to.

The line that went from Steamboat Rock  in the NNE direction led to Strawberry crater, 42 miles away. This crater is located just north of the Sunset Crater north of Flagstaff. On the western edge of the crater are Sinagua ruins. Here I found a point similar to the points near Steam Rock and Mack’s Crossing. Again there are four communication lines with 12 triads. Two lines were again under an angle of about 90˚ and two under an angle of about 60˚. These last two led to the discovery of yet another hexagram. Now there were two lines with 12 triads that were not yet followed: one from Mack’s Crossing and one from the Strawberry Crater. The pattern began to emerge, but needed confirmation.

Click to EnlargeThe fourth corner was found about 8 miles north of Leupp Corner, which is on the I40 east of Flagstaff. This corner gave similar results: two lines with 12 triads forming an angle of about 90˚ and two forming an angle of about 60˚. The last two lines formed the beginning of the fourth hexagram. This completed the “geo-glyph”, because no other lines were discovered.

Let us summarize the results. I found a large square with sides of about 42 miles laid out in the landscape. Its south-west corner is located in Sedona. At each corner a hexagram is located. Every point of each of the four hexagrams is anchored on a vortex. The four hexagrams do not have the same size. The largest hexagram is found in the south-east corner. The hexagram is 7.8 miles from the point connected to the square to the opposite point. When you go from this hexagram clockwise the other three hexagrams become increasingly smaller, respectively 6.0, 4.0 and 3.5 miles. This is not all. Each of the four hexagrams points in a different direction. The hexagram in the SE corner points south, the hexagram from the SW corner (Sedona) points west, the one at the NW corner points north and the last one in the NE corner points east.

When I watched this all unfold I asked myself many times the question: “Who created this geo-glyph in the landscape and for what purpose? Will we ever know?”

The second activation on April 22, 2006
Click to EnlargeAdam Yellowbird has organized a second activation of the Sedona Landscape temple. He believes that the activation will have an effect over a larger area than that of Sedona. In addition his intent is to activate the pentagram to a higher frequency. Based on the information shared in this article all information indicates that the circumstances support his intent. The pentagram is connected to systems with lines of higher frequency than the pentagram has at the moment. This will allow for the possibility to increase the frequency of the lines of the pentagram. Angel Valley, being an important part of the energetic system the pentagram connects to, will have activation at the same time.

The hexagram is part of a larger system. This means that activation of the hexagram in Sedona will have an effect on a large area. In addition each point of the four hexagrams is connected to a vortex. Each of these vortexes is in turn connected to a different grid system that also will be activated.

There is no doubt that the activation will affect hundreds if not thousands of square miles. The energies will have an effect on the Earth and as a consequence will improve the energetic environmental quality of all people living in the area including that of most of the readers of this article. I like to end with the same sentence as in the article of a year ago: “Who would not like to participate in such a wonderful and challenging event?”
